Virtual Traffic Control Person Level 1 (Virtual)

This training program combines both the WorkplaceNL Level 1 & Level 2 Traffic Control Person training programs, and is designed for individuals who require both levels of training. It is required for anyone who is responsible for monitoring construction zones to ensure that traffic is stopped or slowed as needed, as well as performing supervisory duties and involved in the following:
• Developing traffic control plans
• Setting up removing traffic control signage
• Selecting the traffic control diagram (sign layout diagram)
• Consulting stakeholders, municipalities, government, or other regulatory bodies
