The Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Safety Association (NLCSA) is an industry-driven, not-for-profit corporation committed to providing cost-effective, affordable, and accessible safety training and related services to more than 4000 member companies.
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering the phone and providing information to our Members. You will register individuals for training, ensuring to gather and input all relevant information accurately. You will maintain the front reception desk, including greeting guests, distributing mail and receiving payments.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail is vital as is the ability to work independently. This position is customer service oriented and all activities must be conducted in a professional manner. Strong organization and planning skills are a must.
Graduation for an Office Administrative program, or equivalent experience, is required.
