Submit: the completed application form; payment of the application/examination fee of $125.00 + HST*; a detailed résumé; copies of your Journeyperson certificate (i.e. Certificate of Qualification) in a construction related trade if applicable; reference letters from current and/or previous employers; and any applicable training certificates you completed outside of the NLCSA.
