Strategic Priorities

The NLCSA’s 2025–2027 Strategic Plan outlines our commitment to strengthening safety leadership across Newfoundland and Labrador through purposeful engagement, continuous improvement of our core programs, and a focus on operational excellence. These Strategic Priorities reflect where we are headed as an organization—enhancing the value we provide to members, improving access to training and resources, and supporting a safer, more resilient construction industry.
