The Newfoundland & Labrador Construction Safety Association Welcomes Jennifer Aspell as Chief Executive Officer
The Newfoundland & Labrador Construction Safety Association (NLCSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Aspell as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 19, 2026.
Jennifer brings 25 years of progressive leadership experience across municipal government, private sector business development, and industry-related organizations. She has consistently demonstrated strong strategic leadership, governance expertise, and a commitment to building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

About Jennifer Aspell:
Jennifer currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Witless Bay and previously held the role of Town Manager for the Town of Bay Bulls. She brings extensive experience in governance, financial oversight, and strategic planning, along with 10 years of experience in occupational health and safety. Jennifer is a respected leader known for her transparency, professionalism, and ability to balance complex priorities while fostering trust and collaboration.
