Reducing eye strain is an important part of keeping your eyes healthy and safe.
Staring at electronic screens for long periods of time puts excessive strain on your eyes (due to the backlit liquid crystal displays), and can have long-term consequences on your eye health. Remember to blink and look away from the screen periodically to allow your eyes to refresh and refocus.
